Marina arrived in Israel in 2018 from Belarus to reunite with her husband and build a new life for her family. She and her husband have two children, and like so many new immigrants, they began with hope for a brighter future.

Tragically, the marriage became unsafe and unstable. Marina was left without financial support and, on two occasions, was forced to seek refuge in a shelter for women escaping domestic violence. With no extended family in Israel, her children became her only source of strength.

Determined to protect them, Marina made the courageous decision to start over in a new city. Though she works tirelessly, her income alone could not meet her family’s basic needs.

In this critical moment, Marina turned to the MTI Support Center — and because of your generosity, she didn’t have to face it alone.

Through monthly financial assistance and ongoing care, Marina and her children now have stability, dignity, and renewed hope for the future.
