Hannah and her husband Dimitry immigrated as an emergency from Belarus to Israel in January 2023. Due to this, they had to complete their paperwork in Israel, and Dimitry and Hanna did not have citizenship for more than six months. As a result, they had to adapt to a new country without any assistance from the government and only live off the limited amount of money that they brought with them to Israel. In these circumstances, Hannah and Dimitry started experiencing financial struggles without even being able to properly start their new life in Israel. In hopes of getting help, the couple turned to MTI for help. Needless to say, they received financial aid that would help them through their difficulties.
