Alina and her daughter immigrated to Israel and settled in Kiryat Yam at the end of March 2022 due to the war in Ukraine. Alina is raising her 5 year old daughter completely alone. Alina does have a job, but has been on sick leave for the last three months and was prescribed expensive medication
and physiotherapy. Struggling to balance these medical expenses with her living costs and her daughter’s kindergarten fees, she reached out to us for assistance. We were able to support her by providing warm clothing for both Alina and her daughter.
